The Lottery Conspiracy

As part of this set-up by The FBI my family (who they've paid bribes to) kept telling me they won the lottery over and over -knowing I would do a FOIA request to get the specific information (because I do this a lot). I did the FOIA (or request for information) and received the below document saying that my family member won the lottery about 20 times in row and that she even won the lottery several times in a day --several times!  This is The FBI sending me this fake data -impersonating The Illinois Lottery and they have impersonated many different government entities throughout this attempted conspiracy in fact, illegally. 

I have stated that The FBI goes to great lengths to "lay the foundation" for these types of conspiracies and I will be adding a lot of evidence to prove this.  This document was sent to me to mislead me into thinking the state government was behind this entire attack against me and using the lottery to pay my family -which makes no sense and also to get try to get me to go around telling people that "the lottery is fake". This was a set up to get no one to believe me when I learned what this actual conspiracy was about.  They were "laying the foundation" for people to not believe me long before I knew what this was all about.    

If any of this was made up by myself of false The FBI would've already arrested me.  In fact they're dying to arrest me right now.
