Black Gangs in America: A New Look

CHAPTER 3:  The "Come Up" or The Exact Moments Joe T became a Gangster

Black Gangs operate far more like a secret society than anything. And they don’t like people being all up in they business like that. So no one really knows how complex and actually advanced they really are. Im motivated to find out how guys that represent gangs and The Streets are coming with the type of high level, highly sought after,  and advanced personality traits and abilities they have , along with maximum self-esteem and boldness to go with it.  It’s the closest to human perfection I've ever seen and (later I'll write an entire chapter detailing this point by point so the audience knows exactly what I mean). According to Federal Statistics black America has the highest self -esteem out of every race in America and this has be the main reason why, or a lot to do with it.  But these gangs move in secrecy so we're lucky to get this information first off and because of this inside look we're able to see how they're doing this, and some of the exact moments that made Joe T a gangster, or how and when exactly the "come up" happened.  I call this a "come up" for Joe T because this is far more valuable than any lick that he could've hit or financial come up he could ever have.  This "come up" is more valuable than if Joe T successfully pulled off an Armored Truck Robbery and kept the $18 million dollars cash or so from it. This is why im all up in their business.

In the last chapter we talked about the Star Level Status or Celebrity Status of High Ranking Gang Members in organizations like "The 1" or  G. Edger Hoover and we're back on this because this is important to how "the come up" is happening.  Its like The Streets are their very own field like sports, entertainment, or politics. And a person can develop the same "Star Status" or that level of importance in the organizations and The Streets just as in these other fields.  What I mean by Star is someone with exceptional talent or appeal.  But the difference is that with The Streets, the effect of a Star or someone respected to that level is 20x greater than any of these other fields because what separates The Streets from these other fields is that The Streets are real: people who represent The Streets are not actors, they're not doing it as a job or for money, and they're definitely are not fake and phony like in politics, The Streets are far from all these. And definitely not like politics with that weird stuffy shit;  They all wearing suits like they all trying to be the fucking president, annoying me and everybody else. So anyway it makes sense that these Stars or High Ranking Members have a more powerful and profound effect on people than any of these other fields and this is exactly what we see happening. Theres a lot more reasons to idolize and be inspired by G. Edger Hoover then people in these other fields, because the organization and G Edger Hoover has so much more to offer than being able to sing or act like some kind of amusing performance.  What the organization in this case Gangster Disciples are doing is far more important and prestigious than that or any of these other fields and you're about to see exactly why. But as far as how effective their processes are, it didn’t just randomly happen like this, the organization set it up like this, with the type of processes that they use for one, such as having security open the door for The 1, increasing the star power, status, and respect of these members etc and with choosing the right people they choose to be the numbers and leaders etc. The entire set up is genius, beyond advanced, and incredibly effective.

Theres several things that’s making Joe T want to put his best foot forward to come off as stronger, harder, and sharper.  The first is the inspiration from seeing G. Edger Hoovers "Star Status", respect and admiration, and being inspired by this to want to be this important himself.   How could this not be inspiring? Especially with how G. Edger Hoover moves and takes care of business.  Second is the knowledge that Joe T has that G. Edger Hoover only respects one thing, and that’s strength.  If G. Edger Hoover detects an ounce of weakness in you, its not going to be that good is all I can say.  When it comes to G. Edger Hoovers opinion of if you're hard or soft, strong or weak, a gangster or not, there is a lot is at stake, and everybody knows it. We know that if you come off weak that hes probably not going to respect you that much.  But, in the organization you're around gangsters all day.  You're bound to take on their ways and demeanor so you have every chance and favorable situation to meet this requirement.  This combination gives you all the motivation in the world to improve yourself, to get on some strong shit, to become more assertive, bolder, and sharper. Its unbelievably effective and we actually see the exact moments where this is happening in Joe T.  This is going to explain how Joe T "Came Up", as far as his increased self-esteem, personality, demeanor, and poise  I mean.

In the first situation, Ten Thirty [nickname] comes to see Joe T in his cell and hes upset. Hes in charge of the commissary for the organization.  Joe T asks him whats going on and he says " G Hoover is tripping.  He tried to get something out the box but the box had just closed. And I told him that but he still tripping" Moments later  G. Edger Hoover also comes to Joe T's cell. So now they're arguing about the situation and Joe T feels like he should resolve the disagreement.  This is a big deal because Joe T is considering trying to take control of a situation that involves G. Edger Hoover and if he doesn’t know what he's doing the whole thing could go left really fast. Joe T thinks G. Edger Hoover is basically  tripping in this situation but more importantly he thinks this could be a chance to advance, which Joe T is always looking for.  He's thinking this could be a chance to show G. Edger Hoover that he could stand on principle, that hes not no "yes man" and then G. Edger Hoover would see what hes really made of basically and be impressed.  Joe T is weighing if he should take this risk and be assertive with G Edger Hoover. Then Joe T reminds himself that he wants a slot with the organization,  as high ranking member, possibly a #1 so for him the choice is clear: Hes going to make the move, hes going to take the chance. Joe T makes me nervous when he does things like this, but lets see what happens.

So Ten Thirty and G Edger Hoover are arguing.  Joe T tries to talk but G Edger Hoover is talking over him.  (Sometimes the organization uses phrases that I never heard of and only they know. When they do this I'll just tell you what the phrase means).  After G Hoover talks over Joe T,  Joe T uses a phrase that means "hold up" or "pause" or something like this. First G Edger Hoover ignores him then Joe T uses the phrase again louder and firmer.  G Edger Hoover then folds his arms in front of him and says "that’s whats up".   He let Joe T give his opinion, that yeah he kind of tripping.  G Edger Hoover is really smart, im willing to bet he knows that Joe T is just doing this to try to impress him and so G. Edger Hoover is just going let Joe T have this situation, because that’s what real leaders do.   But what G Edger Hoover was trying to say is that Ten Thirty owes the box a lot of money so he break all the box rules when it comes to himself so he explained this to Joe T then he left the cell. But yeah G. Edger Hoover likely realizing that Joe T wasn’t trying to be disrespectful but trying to impress him, just let Joe T have this one and left.  Then Joe T says that when G. Edger Hoover left Ten Thirty yelled out to Joe T shocked "he don’t let nobody talk to him like that, just you and one other dude!".  So now Joe T is really on 10,000! Joe T thinks he's basically on his way to be the next #1 or they at least gotta give him #2, at this point, due to how he lay it down.  He clearly has what it takes (is what Joe T is thinking), CLEARLY! And this will now be Joe Ts favorite thought moving forward.  What Joe T is doing in this situation is exercising power and because its someone that he respects so much and he thinks he's winning his respect this is giving him a self -esteem boost AND a high that he never has and probably never will come down from. Theres no drug that you can take that can give you a permanent high, but there are situations that can and this is one of them.  You can take a drug that can get you high for hours or days but a situation this potent, for Joe T,  is hitting harder than any drug ever will. As far as giving him sensations that he never felt before or to this degree, such as feeling strong, powerful, and feeling capable of anything. This marks the beginning of the incredible progress we witness in Joe T.

To further support this, why do you think Joe T is telling us this story? His stories are usually are about when wars almost popped off in the prison, people fighting, people getting jumped, drugs being trafficked in the prison etc something big or exciting, yet here he is telling us a story about the commissary being closed? Its because this situation contributed significantly to his development and who he is and because its likely that this is the first time he felt capable of anything in the world.

Situation #2 Joe T tries to take more control and initiative

There was a dispute over a cell phone between The Crips and The GDs. It got handled and under control really quickly and a war was avoided.  G Edger Hoover is not on the scene yet so Joe T and The Crips leader are trying to figure out the details: who supposedly took the phone from who, whos phone it was etc.   Then G Edger Hoover is described slowly walking up the steps to the scene. (I think hes walking slowing up the steps to try to hear whats being said for himself or to hear how people respond when hes not around, one of these).  So when he gets to the scene G Edger Hoover says to Joe T "who took something from The Folks Joe T?"  Joe T responds "I got it, I got everything under control".  G. Edger Hoover ignores this and says, kind of to everyone "If somebody took from The Folks they giving it back".   Its admirable that Joe T is trying to take charge of this  situation but we all know that Joe T doesn’t have this level of experience yet but its incredible that hes inspired like this. And this inspiration is such a powerful force to him that its causing enormous growth.  This tells me that what the organization is doing is working.  I don’t know that I see this kind of genuine inspiration anywhere else so this is incredible. Joe T is trying to take more control and initiative because he feels capable and because his confidence is skyrocketing, he's feeling himself, he feels powerful, he likes who he is. But In this situation The Crips leader is not no joke either so for Joe T to feel like he could resolve this and say "he got it", is making me nervous again so much so that it made me sit up and on the edge of my seat this time, and the situation has nothing to do with me.  So this is extreme boldness that we're seeing from Joe T.  Where Joe T is picking this boldness up from? Well we know that this is exactly how G. Edger Hoover moves, and Joe T  idolizes him.  So this is the main source of where he's getting this from. And a lot of this he's picking up from the other organization members too, its both really. And we know for a fact Joe T didn’t have any of this before GD.  What we're witnessing is extraordinary upgrades to Joe Ts personality and his entire self.  I've never heard of this being possible or done anywhere else.

I've stated that this "Come Up" for Joe T is more valuable than successfully hitting up an  Armored Truck would be.  This is because theres a ton of people in America with a lot of money that are killing themselves right now because money is not really the REAL come up. What we're seeing in Joe T, this is the REAL "Come Up".  To chase money and nothing else is a "send off", this is why America has a suicide problem (amongst white people only though), because this is what happens when you only have money and nothing else.  Secondly, if a person wanted to make legitimate money, the skills that Joe T has and came up on: boldness, presence, story telling abilities, being a great speaker etc.  These are the traits that will be in demand in America as far as legitimate money.  This is because everyone now goes on social media for information and entertainment.  And if you have these skills that Joe T has, you can easily make six figures  or better. And we know this because Joe T is making a ton of money on Youtube right now with these skills he came up on from the organization, GD.  I estimate from his views and subscribers that Joe T is currently making six figures on Youtube.  I mean with the type of boldness and belief in himself that he has now he could really do anything he wants though, this is why this kind of "come up" is everything.  In addition to watching Joe T for this research I watch him to become a better story teller myself. Hes incredibly immersive, animated, and an exciting story teller and the confidence he gained by being in the organization is everything to this skill.  The skills like this that he possesses and that other guys with his background or that are affiliated possess are advanced, theres no question about it.  But that im watching him to pick up on this ability is how these skills are being spread through the entire black culture and community, to me and other people watching him. So this is how it’s a come up too for the entire culture. I've never seen these skills to this degree anywhere else, that’s why they are advanced. I will talk about this more in a separate chapter.  That Joe T gets so may views on Youtube proves that the skills are hitting and in demand, and that its exactly what im telling you it is.

We know Joe T didn’t possess the abilities, strength, or boldness that he has now for one because of that "before GD photo" I talked about earlier, we didn’t see any of this in him but also this one other fact: Joe T said before he joined GD he asked his dad should he join GD and his dad told him "he recommends it for the experience". But the fact that Joe T asking people about how he should move as a grown man tells me that at this time he was no where near where he is now. As a gangster or even as a strong individual you would never ask another person how you should move. You move how you want and whatever choice you make is the right choice because its YOUR choice, that’s what makes it right. Seeing who Joe T is today I cant see him asking another person how he should move.  The same person trying to exert power and control a dispute against a rival gang leader is not the same person that’s going to ask somebody else "how they should move".  You see how extremely weak this comes off to who we now know Joe T to be today ?  Its basically a completely different person he become.  So this is more evidence of the enormous way that Joe T "Came Up" and the organization, Gangster Disciples is entirely responsible for this. There is no question about it, theres no two ways about, its only one way about it.

Rough Draft 1

Black Gangs in America:  A New Look

If you order a pack of baby chickens to raise what you'll notice is that if one of them is weak that the strongest ones gang up on or pick on the weak one.  Or at least this is what it looks like at first. They peck at him, push him around, act aggressively toward him, bully him basically. If you ask a biologist why the baby chickens do this they will answer that "they do this to keep their pack strong".   This is an inborn instinct, instincts are internal signals that tell us what we need to do to survive.  In a much more sophisticated way, this is exactly what black gangs do: they keep the pack and the race strong.  This research advances that this is what black gangs have successfully been doing for the entire black race, the entire time.

- Black Gangs in America: A New Look,  Angel D

Introduction:

White America has a habit of misrepresenting gangs as being violent and nothing else. But first off, this isnt the full picture,  the full picture will shock you. The full picture is that white peoples suicide numbers are far greater than black homicide numbers. White suicide is the second leading cause of death in America and is now considered a public health crisis, homicide is no where on the list.  What this means is that being a black gangster in America is not nearly as dangerous or deadly as being a white peon in America: They kill their own selves. What could be worse than suicide?  White people see their lives as not being worth living and when you study them, which is part of what this research does, you'll find that they're not wrong about that. With white americas suicide numbers being so off the chart and self-esteem being so low, they have no right to speak on black gangs at all. The statistics prove that black people have things figured out and white people have no idea what they're doing, so they really need to be quiet; White people dont even have the will to live.

This research explores and lays out how gangs, despite their reputation for violence are a power, responsible for heroic and prince-like qualities that black men possess such as: bravery, strength, presence, and assertiveness.  Black men exhibit these characteristics to a degree far more than men in any other race especially white males who everyone knows are weak, timid, and soft as Mr. Rogers.  But this is all also consistent with statistics that show that white people have the lowest self-esteem out of every race in America and black people have the highest.  This research shows that black gangs play a large role in black men having the high self-esteem and the godlike confidence that they do and how this all positively influences the entire black race.

Black men possess and exhibit these traits so impressvely that they are the models of excellence or the standard that everyone else in society wants to be like, and as proof of this consider the fact that the only thing anyone wants to be in this country, (nonblack races I mean), is "a nigga".  Being Black or a nigga is the only race other races try to false flag as.  Every black person in this country has heard other races, every other race in fact, try to call themselves niggas at some point or regularly encounter this.  Black people don’t false flag as or try to be any other race -we're the only race that’s true to who we are.

But that black people have the most social influence in America isn't surprising.  Black people reign as #1 in every single category, in every single field:  In basketball, football, tennis, golf, boxing, track, gymnastics, reality TV, the most influential woman in America is a black woman, Oprah …but this list is endless. What this means is that in any category, if you step in the ring with somebody black, your ass is getting knocked out!  That’s how black people lay it down.  They get smoked by black people in everything -they meaning any race but definitely white america. In every category black people set records that no one will ever beat --unless its another black person.  No one can fuck with black people in this country. You cant deny that theres something godlike about that fact. With records like this its not surprising that black people have the most social influence and highest self-esteem out of every race in America but this backed by official US Federal statistics. These same US Federal statistics prove that white america has the lowest self esteem out of every race in America and the highest suicide rate in America and are therefore on the bottom of the totem pole socially in America.   Mike Tyson is called "The Baddest Man on The Planet".  Would you rather be a Mike Tyson or a Mr. Rogers? To refresh your memory, Mr. Rogers was on channel 11, going around all day trying to get people to be his friend and neighbor, on some really weird, soft, "just be nice" typical white people shit. Nothing that they do is about anything.  So which would you choose?  Exactly.  So its not surprising that every other race wants to be a nigga.

If you've been to the grocery store lately you'll notice that there are no white people on Wheaties boxes because they don’t inspire anyone, there are only black people on Wheaties boxes.  The most influential woman in America is Oprah, a black woman, not a white woman, because white people have no influence whatsoever, even amongst themselves.  White people don’t show the world that "man is capable of anything" only black people do that.  White people don’t make the human race more worth or more exciting to belonging to because of how hard they represent -only black people do that. According to these and all available accounts, facts, statistics and data, white America is a most unimportant race: they have no culture, no social influence, and they don’t inspire anyone. Black people on the other hand are the exact opposite, haven risen quickly to power in America, dominating in every category. Black people are basically now The Royal Family in America. We're the ones that every other race wants to be. In any jungle or human civilization The King of The Jungle is always the most dominate species, which is the lions. Squirrels cant be The King of The Jungle for example. Everybody knows that in America black people are the lions are white people are the squirrels. And black gangs have a lot to do with that.

Everything that black gangs do, how they move,  and the principles that they stand on carry over and are picked up by the entire black community, consciously and unconsciously. Black gangs are a power and strong examples of strength whose ways, demeanor, poise, and principles, everyone, gang related or not emulates in the black community and black culture. This research advances that "keeping the pack and race strong" is exactly what black gangs do and have been doing. This is what this research lays out and proves.

Research:

The below situations took place at Turner Correctional Center and Northwest Correctional Complex, both prisons in Tennessee. G. Edger Hoover [nickname] is a high ranking member of an organization  [The Gangster Disciples]. During the time of these accounts he is considered "The 1" or "The Number 1" for The Gangster Disciples at the facility.  These accounts are told by "Joe T" at the time his position is security for The Gangster Disciples.  I took the accounts or storys from Joe Ts Youtube Channel, he has no idea that im researching gangs or that im using these accounts for research.

Case #1 - Gang Principals, Ethics, and Motivation Theory

Case #2 - The Mesmerizing Effect of high ranking gang members

Case #3- The God Like Self Esteem of Gangsters

Case #4 - Self-government - exercised only by gods, kings --and gangsters

Case #5 - Gangsters become Great Speakers and Story Tellers

Case #1 - Gang Principals, Ethics, and Motivation Theory

Its been floating around the prison that G. Edger Hoover "The 1"  has a reputation for getting work fronted to him then refusing to pay the debt. "He be taking from The Folks" is basically the complaint or  murmurs.  I say "murmurs" because no one will address G. Edger Hoover directly, when anyone speaks about him they choose their words carefully and they're selective about who they speak about him to at all, because its rumored that people are scared of him.  All we know about G. Edger Hoovers appearance is that he's tall, dark, has long dreads, and that he stays "penitentiary fresh" according to Joe T.  So Joe T asks his father about these rumors about G. Edger Hoover, Joe T's father is also GD and has a lot of experience with G. Edger Hoover.  Joe T's father explained to him "Once G. Edger Hoover sees that you move and conduct yourself like a real gangster is supposed to hes gonna be solid with you and he gonna always ride for you. Hes only crossing over people who either deserve it or people who are cowards".  His father explained to him that G. Edger Hoover is someone you really want on your side.

So somehow G. Edger Hoover finds out that this information about him is moving through the prison. He flies into somewhat of a rage. He goes to get Joe T for security, telling him simply to come with him. Joe T has no idea whats going on and says "what we doing?", Hoover yells out to Joe T in frustration, "Just get the door Joe T".   When a high ranking organization member is on "official business" he moves through the prison with security, who opens the doors for him and they pat people down for weapons that the high ranking member needs to talk to or address.  So if they come through like this you already know "its a problem". But even though this is supposed to be official policy, G. Edger Hoover doesnt aways use security.  So he goes and addresses the person he understands as being responsible for these rumors and then he addresses everyone in the prison regarding it when he starts yelling out to everyone in the prison saying  "I aint paying no suckers..  I don’t pay suckers".  We will consider this G. Edger Hoovers official statement regarding the issue since we are unable to reach him for comment.

The issue to be decided is weather G Edger Hoovers conduct regarding not paying the debts is straight or not straight?

Analysis and Insights:

For people who think that G Edger Hoovers first priority should be to establish trust with lower ranking members by paying his debts to them, then you must be confusing a gang with a business.  First off a gang is not a business. The two are governed by two completely different sets of ethics and principals.  The purpose of a business is to make money, and this is their only purpose. The primary purpose of a gang is to make gangsters.  Gangs may conduct business or engage in business related activities but this is not their primary purpose.  The reason gangs are so successful at making gangsters and contributing to the culture being so hard and strong is precisely because it does not operate like a business. One of things that gangs do well is that they have a good habit of ignoring the way things are done and doing them how they should be done.

Its been stated and confirmed that G. Edger Hoover does not "take from the folks" in general, that he only refuses to pay people he considers weak or cowards. By doing this G. Edger Hoover is standing on an anti-sucker,  anti- coward , anti-buster  standard which would be a first priority for the organization.  High level organization members play a critical role in addressing and preventing conduct that is cowardly, sucker-like, buster-like, or weak in general and this is exactly what G. Edger Hoover is doing,   The verdict is that G. Edger Hoovers behavior is straight and in alignment with the code of conduct for an organization responsible for making gangsters, such as a gang.

G. Edger Hoovers actions demonstrate his commitment to the improvement of members whose character, conduct, demeanor, or movements come off as weak or not at the level they should be to be considered a gangster, which we understand may be a high but worthy standard to attain.  When you're talking about a real gangster you're talking about real "prince like" qualities and status.  We're talking about men who are bolder, stronger, and greater than everyone else. Theres a majesty about a real gangster - we'll get more into this more later.

G. Edger Hoovers action of not paying people who come off as weak are effective at forcing these members to improve themselves based on the Psychological Theory of Motivation that states that "without motivation humans will cease doing anything". It’s a scientific fact that humans require motivation to make any improvement to themselves or their behavior.   If you treat a sucker or buster with the same respect and consideration as a real gangster what motivation would the sucker have for improving the weak or undesirable behavior and asserting himself like a real gangster?  Outside of a social situation such as street life or an organization such as a gang I don’t know that their exist many  opportunities to force people to improve and assert themselves to such a high level or degree.  This explains a lot of why black men have so much presence and boldness about themselves and white men are weak and timid. The difference is enormous and everybody knows it exists.  Do you think that being weak and timid is the desired state that human nature intended for people?  Which of these represents being closer to human perfection and which of these represents being further away from it?

Case #2:

The Mesmerizing Effect and Influence of high ranking gang members

"I'm intrigued because when you have that kind of effect on people its admirable"  -Joe T speaking about G. Edger Hoover.

We've already established that G. Edger Hoover instills both fear and respect in members of the organization.  But his power goes far beyond this, he appears to have the kind of mesmerizing effect on the lower ranking members that an A list celebrity would have on the general public.  For example, when G. Edger Hoover first interacts with Joe T, Joe T reacts in a way that can only be considered starstruck or spellbound, due to how much he idolizes the fearless leader.  Lets take a look at their first interaction for evidence of this. Joe T says when he first became GD  G. Edger Hoover didn’t really say anything to him for a while.  Then one day G. Edger Hoover asked him what he was about to do and Joe T sated he was about to exercise then G. Edger Hoover responded  "yeah ok.. cause that can go ahead and count as your workout for the week".  Joe T responded by laughing out loud,  he said he did this because he was surprised because "he act like he don’t be watching you but he do be watching you". The reason this interaction is both funny to me and interesting is because G. Edger Hoover didn’t say anything funny, he just said something TO Joe T and Joe T is laughing because hes almost starstruck that G Hoover is talking directly to him and he doesn’t know how to respond. You see this happening in movies when a celebrity unexpectedly says something to a fan and the fan unable to respond in words just bursts out laughing, but you didn’t know it happened in real life.  Also Joe T is insinuating that G. Edger Hoover watches people far more than they realize, and has been watching Joe T and therefore knows how much he works out.  Im unsure how much of this is wishful thinking on the part of Joe T who is clearly fascinated by the fearless leader.  G. Edger Hoover probably watches people to some degree but probably not to the degree that Joe T is insinuating or thinking.

High Ranking members such as G. Edger Hoover carry and conduct themselves in such a sophisticated and impressive way that its hard to not be fascinating to anyone who these accounts and stories are relayed to so I see why Joe T is acting the way he is.  G Hoovers movements show authority,  advanced thinking to the point of a masermind, and a strong understanding of and dedication to the organization and principles on which the organization stands.  For example when the rumors were floating around about him not paying his debts, he came out and addressed the situation in front of the entire jail, yelling out simply "I don’t pay suckers".  G. Edger Hoover had to make this public statement like any responsible leader whos ethics are in question would have to do to maintain trust and show leadership accountability.  We see a lot of examples of impeccable leadership from G. Edger Hoover and we know that hes very protective of the Gangster Disciples. Every time theres a dispute or disagreement between rival gangs he appears on the scene as if out of no where. No one knows how hes made aware of these situations so fast but some how he is.  And Joe T will tell him he has everything under control but G. Edger Hoover of course wont leave until the matter is completely resolved -because this is what real leaders do. He's a thorough person. Throughout this research I'll include more examples to expound on this but its easy to see how G. Edger Hoover can become your favorite person and why he garners so much respect and admiration.

But the most important duty that  G. Edger Hoover has is being a model of excellence for the other members to follow as far as what a real gangster is suppose to be and move like. That lower ranking members have such high quality examples as role models explains why they turn out with the force of impressive characteristics and demeanor that they do. To me this explains a lot of how guys I knew that represent the streets or were gang related, are how they are with so much presence and confidence.  This is an absolutely fascinating and incredibly successful system.  Most peoples role models or heros exist only in Hollywood and are inaccessible to them. Can you imagine how effective having your role model around all the time would be for a normal person to motivate them to enhance themselves? How much more likely would you be to take on their qualities  and characteristics if this was the case. It really is an incredible system for this reason -black gangs I mean.  I don’t know that anything so effective as this exist on Earth.

Human beings take for granted how much we copy  the behavior and demeanor of people we're around a lot. (im a female conducting this research)  I have met men who were not affiliated with the streets or gangs for example and you can easily and immediately tell if these men were raised around nothing but women because of the ultra feminine traits that they unconsciously exhibit such as rolling their necks when they talk and speaking with their hands in a feminine way.  And even talking about feminine subjects. Its not that these men are gay, its that they are unconsciously imitating all the woman around them.  And when I ask men like this "were you raised around all women and no men?" The answer is always "yes, how'd you know that?" You will never see this with men affiliated with gangs, the streets, or who've been to jail.  Even if a man was raised by all women then went to jail they would get rid of these feminine traits quickly and they would take on the demeanor and movements of all the gangsters around them, this is just how human beings operate.  Imitation is both an animal and human instinct. Also men who are gangsters take being a gangster very serious and if anything doesnt represent gansterism in the slightest way they're going to address it.  This also causes them to maximize how much you represent something, like being a gangster.

Another point to support this case of how effective the organzaton and leaders influence is, is that Joe T has photos on his channel of when he first entered the prison and became GD and then when he came out and you can visually see that enormous enhancements were made to his self -esteem, poise, and demeanor.  In the before photo Joe T looked careless, dull, and kind of unimportant.  In the after photo he looks the opposite, like a famous rapper in a video. You can tell that he now had direction about himself, that his exstence had became anmated, and he now had presence about humself.  He looked like he knew where he was going and what he was doing now. Joe T became a far more improved version of himself, you could physically see the confidence in him now and it definitely  isn’t the "correctional system" that’s responsible for those improvements because they dont even have that to offer, it was the organization and people he was around including and especally G. Edger Hoover for sure.
