Letter Regarding Crimes using Phone Stores and
The FTC
I have submitted three complaints so far regarding The FBI using
phone stores as a large and normal part of their crimes and terrorism.
Once these complaints are investigated are you able to please recommend
that The FTC address this on a national scale
to phone stores and are you able to address this to phone stores in Illinois? What
The FBI is doing by using phone stores to sell people pre-hacked and
unusable phones or preventing them from purchasing phones altogether is deadly
dangerous and a large part of their torture and crimes. You cannot
sell someone a phone pre-hacked by any entity. If The FBI needs to tap
phones they have procedures for that, phone stores should automatically know
this is illegal and corruption. The FBI is going around these procedures
because they aren't simply tapping phones they're hacking them and making them
completely unusable. You cannot sell someone a phone that cannot be used
to make phone calls, send texts, or call 911. Is the FTC able to set up a way for phone stores to securely
contact them if The FBI attempts this in any way again? If its not
addressed The FBI will definitely continue doing this, they are actively doing
it to me now. This is critical because no one in this situation would
be able to get out and The FBI is a terrorist organization per all the evidence
to prove it. Action needs to be taken immediately. It needs to be a
criminal offense subject to jail time for kidnapping, false imprisonment, and
torture for any phone store, manager, or employees sell someone a pre-hacked
phone by any entity including The FBI, or to take money or favors from The FBI
to do any of this. Can you send this to The FTC with
your recommendation of this?
The FBI is actively preventing me from purchasing a phone so this
is currently affecting me right now. Also The FBI will have phone
stores change the prices of every item to prevent someone from buying items
which is also highly illegal. Can The FTC have
phone stores contact them directly if The FBI attempts this, price changing of
any kind for items, phone hacking, or interfering at all in any way with
someones purchase? This is a serious and deadly crime that The FBI is
committing. The FBI has no business or legal right to interfere with anyones
purchasing of any electronic device or phone. You will in the complaint
they're doing the same thing with laptops at Best Buy so this needs to be
addressed with Best Buy as well.
One of the biggest reasons The FBI is getting away with so much
deadly corruption (and you will see that there is a lot) is that there is no
one specific agency that you can contact to report FBI corruption to. There
needs to be another agency or hotline that people can contact to report
corruption by The FBI to in general -about any of their terrorist plots or
crimes. Are you able to also recommend this on a national level now that
it is proven with this case that The FBI is a terrorist organization? I
will do this myself once I'm free of this false imprisonment by The FBI but I
am unsure how long this will all take. I am concerned that The FBI is
forcing people to act against their will far more often than people
realize. This is not just a one off crime against one person. All of
my family members are likely being forced to act against their will -through
the same threats of violence, severe civil rights violation, starvation, and
possibly worse - this has all been done to me by The FBI to try to force my
compliance in their plot. A hotline needs to be created to report
any FBI corruption or conspiracies. The numbers can be legally required to be
posted in every police station and at The FBI locations as well, and other
places.
Regarding pay phones in police stations - Every time I tried to use
these The FBI either shut them down or prevented any calls on them. Can the pay
phones be "un-hackable" by The FBI? If The FBI is trying to force
someones compliance with a plot or illegal activity you will not be able to
come into contact with anyone else to use their phone. Is The FTC able to address Pay-phones in police stations as well
nationally? The FBI is doing this all across America.
I have sent you complaints so far for three different cell-phone
stores that allowed The FBI to easily take control of and use their stores for
whats clearly corruption and deadly crimes so this is worth addressing on a
state and national level. These are clearly extreme crimes being
committed by The FBI.

This is
related to a larger set of crimes against me by The FBI. I have filed several complaints and many more
are coming.
This complaint
is also regarding breach of contract. I
purchased a phone from Boost Mobile around January 2023 and the store purposely
sold me an already hacked phone that I could do absolutely nothing with (the
phone number was 773-397-8241) Like every other entity in this case this
Boost Mobile store was likely paid a large amount of money in illegal bribes by
The FBI to commit these crimes, along with the clerks and managers. The phone I bought from Boost Mobile was
already severely hacked by The FBI. From the moment I turned the phone on The
FBI was remotely controlling the phone clicking on all types of things (this
was to show me I would not be able to use the phone to contact anyone for
help). From the moment I bought the
phone I was unable to call anyone including 911, nor could I text or email
anyone, or use the phone for any real purpose.
I was unable to post to twitter or any social media. I went back to the
Boost Mobile store and told them the phone was hacked and I was immediately
cursed out and called crazy and told I needed mental help by the store clerk
who The FBI told to do react in this way.
I recorded a bunch of these videos.
I asked the store clerk and manager for my phone bill to see the
outgoing calls to prove that no calls were going out and they refused to
provide it or tell me how to get it. I tried to use the boost mobile app to see
my outgoing calls but was The FBI prevented this, I showed the store employees
this and they still did nothing but ignore me and told me to leave the
store. Many times I needed to use the
phone to dial 911 but was prevented by The FBI on purpose yet Boost Mobile
still took $60 a month from me for about a year. The phone that they gave me was given to them
by The FBI to give to me - it was that severely hacked by The FBI – this alone
is highly criminal. You may pull the phone records and you will see no phone
activity at all on the phone even though I attempted many times. Whenever I attempted to make calls The FBI
remotely hung the phone up or rerouted the calls to them. An investigator can
also compare the hundreds of texts I sent from the phone that never went out –
mostly to 911 centers across America and 311 for emergency help. I still have this phone.
I talked to
several managers about this and they did nothing. The clerk that cursed me out about 8-9 times
is a black female, lighter skinned, and skinny.
The phone that
Boost Mobile charged and took my money for was completely useless and I could
do nothing with the phone. Boost Mobile
did not provide the phone service that they are legally responsible for
providing by taking my money and did not abide by the agreed upon terms. I couldn’t call anyone on the phone, or use
the internet for anything. I tried texting about 100 different police stations
across America for help that I needed to save my life – it was all
blocked. because I couldn’t dial or
text 911 when I needed to several times in emergency situations this adds an
extra layer of danger and crime on top of breach of contract and discrimination
and harassment. That Boost Mobile sold
me a phone that they knew was so severely hacked by The FBI (and because I told
them it was) has contributed greatly to
me being held against my will by The FBI as well as forced into solitary
confinement. Then when I told them them
cursing me out every time when they knew they took money from The FBI for this
crime also adds another layer to this case.
So does the illegal bribery. IF
you are please able to pursue criminal charges as well I would like to file
them, Boost Mobile contributed to me not being able to access 911 for emergency
help when I required it. I took
several videos of being cursed out extremely bad by this store. If The FBI
deleted them I still have the phone and will have the videos restored.

This
began on Saturday April 12, 2025 at around 3pm and has been happening
consistently. I have sent several complaints
about The FBI having stores refuse me service by putting a "closed"
sign in the door and locking it so I cant get in. This time The FBI had the store put a fake
"building permit from the City" and it says its for "a new
door". This is too stupid to even
go too much into detail about but the sign
says it was issued on 3/9/2025 so they're claiming the phone store has been
closed for over a month to replace a single door and that you need a building
permit to replace a single door? Building permits are for whole new buildings
or for adding a garage to a house for example.
None of it makes sense, its extremely fraudulent, and this is exactly
the type of low-level fraud you can get used to seeing The FBI perpetrate. This can be verified with the city that this
is fake. The FBI had the store put this
sign in the door of this cell phone store to prevent me from purchasing a phone
from the store -The FBI is preventing me from communicating with anyone in any
way. You can see behind the photo that the lights are on and
the store is clearly open for business.
This is illegal, discrimination, and constitutes severe Civil Rights
Violations.
The FBI
is actively hacked into my current phone and pre-hack every phone that I
purchase, preventing me from contacting anyone especially that can help
me, 911 or an attorney. This is more evidence of how severely I am
held against my will by The FBI. Please
send this to The FTC and please send to other federal agencies that can stop
the FBI, this is clearly terrorism. I am
held against my will and forced into solitary confinement by The FBI.

In
2023 I was severely harassed by and
refused use of The Cook County Circuit Courts to obtain several restraining
orders that I needed to stop the crimes, death threats, stalking, and torture
of me by The FBI. Several times in 2023 I went to The Circuit Courts of Cook
County to obtain several restraining orders. This particular detailed situation
happened on the last time: first the
county clerks refused to give me the necessary paperwork to file the
restraining orders, then they made me wait three days to see a judge for an
emergency restraining order. I had to
keep coming back to the court house over and over again -which isnt required at
all, nor is this the normal time frame.
Then the court house (555 W Harrison)
allowed The FBI to use to court house when it closed at 6:30 pm to
impersonate a judge and hold a fake court hearing to prevent me from obtaining
restraining orders. I cannot convey to
you to severe level of harassment and torture this constituted. The court had
to know all of this was illegal -theres no way they couldn’t. Also I brought
with me for the restraining orders about 50 pages of evidence of things such as
death threats that The FBI kept relentlessly sending me and leaving on my door
step and evidence that none of my phone calls were going out. Over and over
again the clerks kept trying to tell me "don’t include any evidence"
- this alone constituted extreme and severe harassment. Why wouldn’t I include evidence when applying
for a restraining order?! It makes no sense, they were clearly trying to
prevent me from getting the restraining order/ or not have any evidence of this
conspiracy. They were rude and nasty and
kept trying to refuse to take the evidence altogether. The harassment from the cook county clerks
was severe! If the courts doesn’t have
the 50 pages of evidence that I provided and that was definitely scanned into
their system then their involvement in this conspiracy needs to be further
investigated because they took 50 pages from me at this courthouse - it must be
in the system. This is important because
theres no way a judge would've seen all that evidence of death threats and
harassment yet refuse me a restraining order.
In this investigation please ask about all the evidence this court took
and scanned for this case and especially who the judge was in case. I asked the fake judge why her name wasn’t on
the roaster of judges at that courthouse and she claimed she was "filling
in for someone". The FBI set this
entire fake court proceeding up. It is
important to please get this information to document on record this conspiracy
and the crimes by The FBI and to get the bottom of how this is all happening
and being allowed to happen. This investigation and evidence is significant to
stopping this from happening again.
This all
took place at 555 W Harrison Street in a room directly to the right of the
information desk when you first walk in, on the left was some kind of police
department etc. The room to the right is
where this entire set of crimes took place: The FBI appears to have put several
fake clerks in this room that they used to harass me and to try to stop me from
filing the restraining orders altogether. This is where I filled out the
paperwork for several restraining orders, filed it and gave the clerks 50 pages
of evidence, this is where they finally scanned the evidence after refusing
many times, and this is where the clerks were that took me to a court room to
have court at 6:30 pm knowing it was fake because the courthouse closes at 4:30
pm! Also its not procedure that clerks "take you to the courtroom"
this is something else The FBI made up to prevent me from going into a real
courtroom and asking a real judge for help.
Also the clerks were extremely rude and hateful. Upon first arriving they told me I had to use
their paper-work but that they didn’t have any for me to fill out! I downloaded
the forms off the internet -im sure they were the right ones by the way and
they were lying telling me they weren't. So for a long time the clerks even
refused to give me paperwork to apply for the restraining orders. When I asked the clerks for the paperwork
their exact words were "its not my paper-work to give!". This was
their only excuse for not giving me the paperwork -it doesn’t even make
sense. You will see this ignorant and
nonsensical behavior in all of these complaints, its as if The FBI pays people
bonuses for being as ignorant as they could be. I would like to file criminal charges
regarding this against everyone involved.
Theres no way they didn’t know this was illegal and federal corruption
-its not possible.
Then
after the court hearing the clerks gave me paperwork to continue having court
via web - another extremely fraudulent crime that The FBI uses a lot. There is no online court, this was all made
up by The FBI.
Even more
as I waited three days to see a judge for the restraining orders The FBI
brought in people one after another to harass me in the waiting area of the
courthouse. They had people sit next to me and behind me talking about I was
going be stabbed to death, Im going to be murdered, threatening me -in the
courthouse. The FBI flooded the courthouse with people all there to harass me -
you may also confirm this with the clerks.
The county clerks had to be aware of this.
This all
mainly took place at 555 W. Harrison. However I began trying to file
restraining orders at The Circuit Courts at 50 W. Washington. The FBI also took
complete control of this court house and kept having clerks give me the wrong
information as to where to file for the restraining orders just to harass
me. They sent me to about seven
different places on purpose and kept telling me they don’t know where
restraining orders are filed. So they
also need to be contacted. The entire Cook County Circuit Courts need to be
contacted regarding The FBI illegally using and controlling the Cook County
Circuit Courts. If possible please provide a phone number or hotline that they
can contact when The FBI attempts this again, because they definitely will.
Obtaining a restraining order is usually a matter of life and death, people
don’t apply for restraining orders for non-serious or non life threatening reasons. Theres no legitimate reason that The FBI has
to stop someone from applying for a restraining order - any attempts by The FBI
to do so constitute blatant federal corruption, how could the circuit courts
not know this ?
I
actively need to use the courts right now to stop The FBI and all the people
they have harassing me. Please inform
The Cook County Courts that this is extremely criminal and The FBI has no right
to take over the county courts. Please send the results of this investigation
to whoever can stop The FBI from taking illegal control of the courts - I will
be attempting to get several restraining orders again soon. If no federal
agency will act to stop The FBI I will have to make use of The Cook County
Courts in general to get out of this situation and file lawsuits against
everyone involved myself - so please contact the entire Cook County Circuit
Court System with a message regarding The FBI taking illegal control of them,
holding fake court hearings, and instructing clerks to illegally, putting fake
employees in the county clerks offices, etc.
Please
also file this with The Inspector General of The Cook County Circuit
Courts. The FBI is preventing me from
seeing accurate information when I search for it online or contacting several
entities directly so I am hoping these complaints are cross-filed with as many
other agencies as possible. Your
assistance with cross filing these complaints is invaluable.

In
January 2023 Best Buy purposely sold me several phones that I couldn’t activate
at all or that were pre-hacked by The FBI, even after telling them over and
over that none of the phones could be activated Best Buy did nothing,
constituting Civil Rights Violations, severe harassment and breach of
contract. In January 2023 I attempted to
buy several cell phones from Best Buy, when I got to the register however Best
Buy refused to sell me a cell phone without using a "Best Buy rewards
card". They told me I couldn’t buy a phone without a rewards card -which
makes no sense, is an illegal requirement and they refused the purchase
altogether without using a rewards card. This alone is illegal. The FBI needed the rewards card account to
obtain the cell phones registration number and ID in order to hack the phones
remotely to prevent me from activating them which they did over and over
again. I bought about 5 phones from best
buy that were all severely hacked by The FBI and unusable. Four of the 5 phones I couldn’t even activate
at all as The FBI remotely prevented it. Every time I asked The Best Buy staff
why the phones couldn’t be activated they just told me to contact the phone
companies which The FBI just impersonated and did nothing but told me to go to
Best Buy. Best Buy along with The FBI
purposely caused me immense aggravation by doing this over and over again. When I refused to use a rewards card to buy a
phone the sales clerk took me to another register in an area that was closed
and unused so that it was the only purchase made on the register, this way The
FBI could still get the phones registration number without me using a rewards
card and remotely hack the phone and prevent me from activating it altogether
again. Best Buy had to know that The FBI
was acting illegally as you no one has ever been forced to use a rewards card
to make any purchase at all at their store and I told them over and over that none
of the phones could be activated or were working. This constitutes severe and
extreme Civil Rights violations that have also contributed greatly to me being
held against my will by The FBI. Also every phone that I bought from Best Buy
The FBI changed all the prices for, and Best Buy allowed this knowing it was
illegal. The FBI will also remove a lot
of phones and phone cards from Best Buy (I'm assuming ones that they cant hack)
so that I cant buy them. The Best Buy store, manager, and staff all likely received
large and illegal bribes from The FBI for their roles in committing these
crimes. I would like to file criminal
charges regarding this against everyone involved including The Best Buy store
manager which I spoke to several times about the cell phones being unable to be
activated and hacked and they did nothing.
I would like this to be filed with The FTC so that it can be addressed
nationally and brought to the attention of The FTC that The FBI is a criminal
and terrorist organization and federal laws need to be made to address their
crimes and stop them immediately.
When this
is being investigated please inform Best Buy and any phone store that this is
highly illegal and subject to criminal and civil penalties. Please have them immediately contact you, The
FTC, and the police when The FBI attempts this moving forward as it is
extremely criminal. This is imperative as I actively need to buy a phone right
now. If after this is brought to their
attention Best Buy allows The FBI to act criminally in this manner using
cell-phones and their store my lawsuit against Best Buy will be far greater as
well as the criminal charges that I will pursue against them.
In this
and other complaints you will see that The FBI has stores change the prices to
items often to someone that they are harassing or trying to force into a plot
etc. Please also bring this to the
attention of The FTC as it is highly illegal and needs to be addressed
nationally.

The same
thing that The FBI did at the Best Buy in Chicago as documented above they also
did at The Best Buy in Joliet in 2021 and 2022, except this time they did it
with laptops that I purchased from Best Buy.
The Best Buy staff in Joliet refused to sell me a laptop without using a
Best Buy Rewards Card which The FBI used to obtain the laptops serial numbers
and ID information to remotely hack the laptops preventing me from using them
in any useful way. Best Buy had to have
known this is illegal as no rewards card is ever required to make any purchase.
This constitutes severe Civil Rights Violations and extreme harassment. Best
Buy purposely acted illegally along with The FBI and contributed greatly to me
being held against my will by The FBI.
The Best Buy store, manager, and staff all likely received large and
illegal bribes from The FBI for their roles in committing these crimes.

This happened on 4/18/2025 1:20pm KFC: In addition to refusing me
service as detailed below KFC called the police on me, making false 911 calls
and reports. As I approached KFC they
put up a "closed" sign. As I was taking a photo of the closed sign
for evidence a staff member and a KFC
manager told me "you cant be taking photos" and that I was
"trespassing on private property by taking photos of the closed sign"
and they called the police on me! and The police showed up in seconds in a
Police van! KFC is not private property
KFC is a public restaurant and I have a right to record anything I want in
public, especially crimes, which this is. So the police came and as soon as I
pulled out my laptop to record them they tried to speed off because this
would've been the second time in two days that I have video evidence of the
Chicago police illegally harassing me and threatening to arrest me for no
reason (the first will be detailed in a separate complaint), I recorded the
video of the van plates but The FBI
deleted it from my laptop. The KFC however has a camera in front of the
restaurant that would have the police vans license plate. This will be
subpoenaed for my lawsuit against both KFC and the Chicago Police. That KFC
illegally called the police on me adds another layer to this case. They can expect that I will be filing a
massive lawsuit against them for making false 911 calls on me in addition to
refusing me service.

The FBI has restaurants and stores putting up closed signs
as I approach them. This began happening
at Popeyes on Saturday 4/12/2025 and has been happening almost daily since. The

staff is in the restaurant. The FBI is preventing me from buying food and does

staff are likely taking huge bribes from The FBI for their roles in these
crimes. This is extremely serious, in addition to civil rights violations this
has contributed to me being forced into starvation by The FBI several times,
