The US Federal Court may have made my case public by now. Judging by The FBIs reaction this may be public already. IM BEYOND EXCITED. You have no idea what this means. The media is going to or already has this case and it will likely be huge.

I promise you this!  Below is the email that "amazon" or The FBI sent claiming they suddenly wanna resolve the amazon issue.  Ironically, It has the same date of one of my letters to The US Federal Court. You really think Amazon takes 6 months to resolve a customer service issue when the deliver products the same day? Really?  You really think this is Amazon?  Why would Amazon stop me from buying a microphone and speaker to expose The FBI and steal $150 from me? The FBI is scared to death right now that they're being caught and are panicking. Im sorry if people are being harassed but The FBI is scared to death because this is FINALLY BEING EXPOSED. Thats whats happening. This will be over soon. They are being EXPOSED!!!! I know what im talking about My case is on point like a sniper.  And I got them so good. OH MY GOD!! Just wait and see. 

I have a lot of evidence to expose The FBI but I've been careful to send evidence that can be verified by 3rd parties especially. The last evidence I sent to the media and federal court was the evidence of them putting up the fake "building permit" preventing me from buying a phone at Total Wireless. That complaint is also below. This complaint shows evidence of CLEAR criminal conspiracy.  You cant stop someone from buying a phone. The FBI does this everywhere I go -same thing with the USPS stamps.  Clearly the building permit is fake. Read the complaint to confirm yourself.  Why is all my communications being prevented?! Im prevented from sending emails, buying USPS stamps, buying a cell phone, buying a microphone and speaker. THESE ARE ALL COMMUNICATION METHODS. WHY DO YOU THINK THIS IS???!!! You've seen many videos of USPS refusing to sell me stamps, you cant think this makes sense. REWATCH THE USPS VIDEOS IF YOU WANT. Ask yourself why this is. Or Just wait and see for yourself!!! GOOD MORNING. YOU'RE GONNA WANNA READ THIS!!  Yesterday Belinda said she received an email from Amazon who are finally trying to resolve the gift card situation -after 6 months of stealing that money!! Why now you ask?  Because The US Federal Court has this case and also The National Media and its all going to be made public!!!!!!  Just like I told you.  This is everything, im so beyond excited! 

I filed a motion with the US Federal Court for an "Ex Parte Judgement" meaning for the judge to simply give me everything im requesting --immediately --without a trial --and without notifying The FBI.  Due to how dangerous The FBI is and due to them stealing the first lawsuit I tried to file.  In order for The Judge to approve this they have to be able to verify the evidence I sent them and confirm it as true and apparently this is exactly what is being done now!!!!!! OH MY GOD.  Now mind you - this is not the full lawsuit, this is the "Pre-Lawsuit" sort of like the "pre-game".  FYI this is what I am requesting in this "pre-lawsuit": 

I am requesting the following in an Ex Parte Judgement: 

- An immediate restraining order for myself and family against The FBI 

- That The FBI  return the $150 they stole (more evidence of The FBI impersonating Amazon is included) 

- And that The FBI be ordered to immediately pay me a $20,000,000 fine for stealing the money from me 

- I am requesting that The FBI be forced to stop blocking my emails and social medias from being public, these are unconstitutional. Blocking my communications constitutes false imprisonment. The social medias are

This case is being investigated by The US Federal Court!!   I have never been so relieved in my life!

You're going to see that everything I've been saying is true.  The FBI is a terrorist organization and may be labeled as that after all this evidence comes out. The Federal Court has jurisdiction over The FBI and if The FBI refuses their orders, The Federal Court has access to the Department of Defense, which is The US Army and other agencies. I have every  belief that The Federal Court will stand on The US Constitution and action will be taken soon.  Peoples names and information are being sent to the media to investigate and confirm all im stating because all The FBI is doing has to be made public. They are a threat to the public and black america especially. So this will all be exposed because you dont do whatever you want to black people and get away with it -bitch. So you can choose not to talk to the media but im telling them everything I know about everyone, and it will be investigated regardless. I have already began explaining to the judge that everyone in this family is in danger.  I am seeking a restraining order against The FBI for my entire family.  If the US court makes the communications I sent them public as they normally would a case I will post that so you can look it up yourself. This is what I want because every media outlet in America would have this case and evidence.  Or I may post the communications I am sending the Federal Court here, regardless it will be a public case soon. MY USPS MAIL IS FINALLY GOING OUT!!!! 😀💣💥.  You're going to see that everythng I've been saying is true, just wait. A lot of people in this family know a lot more than what they're what they're saying.  I guess they're scared of The FBI!  That plus the illegal bribery, fake jobs,  fake boyfriends, and businesses that The FBI bought for them and all that. You probably wont have all that stuff for much longer by the way.  Some people in this family for example just emailed me telling me they were "just laid off", probably never had a job.  The FBI is trying to cover stuff up, it wont work.  Peoples names "jobs" and information have and will be sent to the media and federal courts so a lot will be investigated and made public. I have begun sending evidence to state agencies , the media, and The Federal Courts.  Requesting the courts to act immediately since they have jurisdiction over The FBI. we'll see what happens!!  Stay tuned !!!

Im sitting in the courtyard at the library. Its 6am and dark outside.  I will not get off the train next time or do this again. The FBI keeps sending people to where im sitting bothering me at 6am! The FBI is following me from the train to McDonalds to every place i try to sit on stand and harassing and threatening me literally nonstop. In my face NONSTOP If an attorney can see this please contact the federal courts for a federal law enforcement agency to respond immediately. This is extremely bad and severe. Im prevented from buying food from Mcdonalds and anywhere basically at this point.... If the attorney general or an attorney can see this The FBI is having a group of people follow me from train to train, cart to cart threatening violence against me, getting in my face, being aggressive. I have no way to stop the violence, threats, and attacks against me by the FBI please contact the federal courts to act immediately this is an emergency. The only cart people get on is the cart im on, the rest of the carts are empty. Then I go to another one and they ALL FOLLOW ME. You've never seen anything like this.  My life is in extreme danger. The FBI is forcing me to starve literally to death can you please report this as an active homicide with extreme torture. They are preventing me from access to food or money in any way,  This situation is extremely bad. If an investigator can see this - I am starving to death

The FBI has McDonalds refusing me service altogether now on 79th and King Drive for no reason. This is a really big deal because I have no where to go to get out of the cold now before the library opens for hours. This is an extremely big deal. This morning they said "we dont have any coffee and we cant take your order anymore anyway". Im going to fight this cause this is extremely serious and illegal.  If you contacted a lawfirm can you please report this as well, and have them contact Mcdonalds. I cant wait for hours outside until the library opens. I will attempt to file another lawsuit against The FBI and McDonalds at the federal building. If an investigator is watching this needs to be investigated as it is extremely serious and illegal to say I cant be anywhere. I cant eat anywhere. You cant buy food from anywhere.  They're saying "you cant be anywhere" This is extremely serious.

This loaf of bread is all im eating and mostly all I do eat. At this point can you contact ANY law enforcement agency, ANY law firm?! This IS EXTREME TORTURE BEING COMMITTED AGAINST ME BY THE FBI. and im forced to sit on this sidewalk because they are preventing me from sitting on the library benches - they fill them up so I cant sit on the benches. Im forced to  sit on a dirty ground. Anywhere i go they do this. I cant sit on any park bench. This situation is EXTREMLY bad. Please contact anyone you can! 

The FBI is preventing me from accessing my email right now. The FBI is making it more and more impossible for me to use the wifi, check my email, post to my blog or use any of the resources at the library. They are stopping me from buying stamps or printing from the library. The torture is getting worse. They are preventing me from accessing files on my computer.  I will buy a loaf of bread to eat, this is what im forced to eat mostly. I will ask Amber to buy me stamps and for $20 and i will still only be able to afford a loaf of bread.  My organs will shut down pretty soon. I cannot convey to you how serious and urgent this is. I've asked several people for money for food no one is responding. Can you please contact any agency at this point. You cannot let someone be starved, beat, and tortured because they wont help white people with their low self esteem. This is a life or deaath emergency. You cant survive off bread, its not enough nutrition, your organs will not work properly at some point. The FBI id preventing me from getting food from anywhere!!!! This is an active homicide. I've emailed several people and asked for help with money for food yet no one is responding. If The FBI is preventing you from responding its because they have Belinda trying to set me up to be arrested. I can not see Belinda because she will lie and claim I threatened her and have me arrested again - this is what shes desperately attempting right now. I have never threatened violence against anyone in my life! or myself. This is what belinda has claimed before and this is what she is trying again right now. I cannot let Belinda anywhere near me.  I don’t have money for food. I will literally starve to death. The FBI is preventing me from getting food from a food bank telling  me "you need an apartment lease to get food".  CAN YOU PELASE REPORT THIS AS AN ACTIVE HOMICIDE with extreme torture, I have no way to get food or money for food. I think theyre trying to have Belinda show up and start an argument with me to claim I said things i didnt say and call the police to have me arrested again -just like she did before!  This appears to be exactly what they're doing.  I havent responded to ANY of belindas emails trying to argue with me. I need Belinda to stay away from me and I need to ask other people for help otherwise I will starve literally to death. This may have been reported and The FBI is mad about the book, they've grown increasingly desperate. I didnt open or respond to belindas emails but i just emailed her asking her to stay away from me.... 

The FBI is really upset about the book im writing on Black Gangs.  Black people have done far more than people realize as far as exploring, venturing, experimenting, and building and an entire super lit and exciting culture (black culture). While white people "never left the porch". So white people are behind in everything. They have no culture, they have nothing.  This is one of the realities that my book brings to light. 

The FBI is extremely desperate at this point. They have people doing anything they can to upset me or try to start an argument with me. They had Necco tell me she'd get me a hotel room then come up with about 15 separate reasons as to why she couldnt get it, while having me sit there waiting: shes in training for work, her car got towed, the points shes using cant be used at night, the rates went up and she cant get it now, its too late, its too early, if you use rewards points you have to book at 12 noon on the dot or it wont work (lol) .... and on and on and on... I can post these emails but it would take up a lot of space its so many. Then she said the room was booked with reward points, but belinda had to check me in. Belinda came and said the room wasn’t paid for at all that she had to pay for the room $350 and was mad at me like it was my fault. Tryna start an argument with me. They would do anything to try to get me to respond -they're BEYOUND desperate now. Then she claimed they charged the room for the security. Nothing was missing or damaged so this is another boldface lie. Now shes constantly harassing me about this and  desperate to get a rise or response out of me and Im not opening any of her emails. They're trying to force me to argue with them so they can call the police on me again and illegally arrest me again.  Im ignoring Belinda, im not arguing with her.  You see this in the other emails i posted from her calling me crazy, tryna start an argument with me, saying things like "you not even trying to help yourself" knowing shes helping the FBI because of the fake job and fake boyfriend they gave her. So and she just gets laughed at and ignored. (how else do you think Stacey got out of jail then got a high paying job, a brand new car, and a brand new house in prestigious Skokie IL --all this coming off of a murder conviction?! How lucky can one person be?)   But this is conspiracy and harassment and its unbelievable -this is extremely illegal and as soon as im away from the FBI I am pursuing it criminally  I have no way to get money for food. I cant keep asking my sister for  money. Im already losing weight so fast due to forced starvation by The FBI. Please convey to the law firm how urgent this is. The FBI has been stealing my USPS mail from 78th and Cottage grove for over 1 year straight and may still be doing so, and that I go to Whitney Young Library every day and can be found there. Please include that The FBI had me brutally attacked twice now and the case involves severe and active torture, starvation, denied sleep, food, shelter, and constantly threatening me. Im not tryna die because I have a lot to do to stop The FBI. I posted chapter 3 of my book below, its a rough draft. My interest in gangs also is motivated by when im out of this situation im going to urge black people to organize in any way they can to avoid abuse and corruption by the police and FBI thats being done to me.  I was beat so bad that I still cant cough or sneeze.  This is such a critical condition to be in because if I get a cold, i cant get it out of my lungs.  My lungs are too sore to work, a cold will kill me at this point. So i've been doing everything i can to avoid getting sick. If i was in the hospital i would be "in critical condition". Thank you again to everyone reporting this.

My chest is in so much pain that I cant cough or sneeze -in any way. I can barely pick up anything with my right hand or lift my arm. So something is extremely wrong. I have no way to stop the crimes and attacks against me by The FBI so I hope this has been reported.  Otherwise I have no doubt that they are going to brutally kill me soon. This situation is so bad. In addition to being brutally attacked last night Im forced by The FBI to sleep on a freezing cold train every night. Do you realize how painful this is? Its not that different than sleeping outside in negative temperatures.  Im in extreme and severe pain.  My muscles and body hurt so bad. The FBI is preventing me from directly communicating with anyone. Belinda stole the $150 from me and wont give it back, she is the first in line helping the FBI while they having me beat almost to death like this.  This is extreme torture by committing against me by The FBI. I am in so much pain. Then last night The FBI had some man in a ski mask and sun glasses get in my face to threaten to attack me AGAIN. Then he followed me from cart to cart threatening me.   After that The FBI had about 8 different guys harass me on the train last night. Im just sitting there on the train! They JUST KEEP HAVING MEN COME UP TO ME ONE AFTER THE NEXT WHILE IM JUST SITTING THERE!  Getting in my face harassing me, threatening me, trying to start a fight with me. You've never seen anything like this. The police is refusing to take a police report.  Can you please use someons phone and report this to an attorney?

The FBI had me beat up and robbed on the train.  They stole one of my bags. They beat me in the head and kicked me in the chest.. I know The FBI did because for one they told me they would have me jumped on if didnt stop talking and just  yesterday Belinda sent me 3 emails trying to convince me to go to phoenix and going off on me like this is my fault. And she was so upset I asked her to stop  contacting me. The reason The FBI wants me off the train is because im exercising free speech, talking to trains and buses full of people exposing The FBI now!  And this is great  And people believe me and know im telling the truth so its working.  . Im gonna have to keep weapons in my pocket now which moving forward is what I'll do. The FBI is trying to get me to stop taking the train and bus because im exposing them. Its free speech in America for this exact reason. On both the south and north side to black and white trains full of people I tell them "The FBI is trying to force me to participate in a conspiracy, a fake news story to make black people look like shit and they're using violence against me to try to force my cooperation. The FBI makes up fake news stories about black people to try to help white people feel better about themselves since they have the lowest self esteem and highest suicide rate out of every race in Ameica, per US federal statistics....[and it goes on into the message]" . But try to report this using different ways. Please use your churh, moving forward I will exercise free speech on the trains and buses even MORE!!!!  To people  who have taken money, fake jobs, and businsesses from The FBI your own lives are in far more danger than you realize. The FBI exercises brutal violence and they are murderers. Everything i told you about them is true, You don’t understand how desperate white people are. They're not worth or capable of anything and its becoming more and more obvious the more data and statistics are officially published proving it..The good news is that:  I may have found someone to help me. Someone that The FBI cant intimidate, bribe, threaten, and who would never deal with The FBI under any circumstances and they may also have just started helping me! Update to this post: my chest is in a lot of pain. I cannot go to the hospital because The FBI will take control of the county and just harass me.  The train number is below of the attack where it would be on camera.
