This is the complaint that was sent to the city and state Inspector Generals office. If you're able to see this and my X account - this is the only reason i'm able to post anything at all: The FBI was and still is hacked into The Chicago Libraries wifi and was preventing me from using it or posting to social media/ emailing anyone etc. They still are hacked into the wifi and controlling the libraries but being able to post to social media is significant progress.

Regarding: Complaints
against several agencies/ entities
Attached - Attached is a conglomerate of evidence that I assembled to
convey to you both the magnitude of this situation and the urgency and the
danger that I am in. Contained in this
document is: Evidence that The FBI is illegally impersonating The OEIG and The
Chicago Inspector General to prevent me from contacting you with complaints and
MANY other states agencies including The Illinois Lottery and State Civil
Rights agencies. This alone should convey to you how serious this is and
warrant an immediate investigation.
Plus screenshots from video evidence proving the violence and
intimidation against me by The FBI using the Chicago Police and other entities, flyers (that I’ve been passing out as this is
the only way I have to get help), excerpts from evidence to a civil rights
attorney – all information that will help you in this investigation. To The States Attorneys office The FBI has
complete control of all the local stores in the area and are using them to
commit crimes against me and refuse me service, the crimes by these entities
are so extreme that I am pursuing criminal charges against them (attached is a
recent letter regarding this); I will provide these details to you soon.
This is a complaint against
several entities including The Chicago Police, The Illinois State Police, The
Cook county court system, The Illinois
Secretary of State, The Cook County States attorneys office, The USPS, The South Shore Library, The Whitney Young
and Greater Grand (and several other libraries), The RTA and CTA –who are all
being illegally controlled by The FBI for criminal purposes and corruption, The
Illinois Attorney General. So that you are aware of why The FBI is committing
such extreme crimes against me I have included information regarding this as
well. It is imperative that you please forward this to every respective
agency. The FBI is consistently stealing
my mail and preventing me from contacting these entities directly.
The FBI is controlling the
Chicago Police and all the other entities listed here and has them engaged in
severe stalking and harassing of me, threats to my life, refusing to take or
investigate my police reports, and engaged in violence, physically removing me
from CTA trains that I paid fare to be on, and other illegal acts against
me. I
have a lot of information on The FBI using The Chicago police for federal
corruption, I am making it all public and I am pursuing a massive
investigation into this. The FBI instructs the police to not take police
reports – and they do it! Please
send this to the Chicago mayor, this
will be addressed.
In addition they have the
security in that building (69. Washington) refusing to let me drop off
complaints to The OEIG and States Attorneys
office. The FBI is either taking over the security desk with agents (a
process meant for investigative procedures) or instructing the security there
to not let me drop off complaints - because the complaints are against them and
the other entities they are using like The Chicago Police and RTA/ CTA;
they are blocking my complaints to state government and local government agencies
as well. I have video evidence of a lot of this and will be filing more
detailed complaints soon.

and evidence, The FBI is trying to force me to comply with a fake racist media
scheme that they've been meticulously plotting for shocking amount of
time, and using unlimited taxpayers resources for; I am black however and
will never comply. They are corrupt and they are abusing government power
for nefarious and racist agendas and using state and local agencies to do so:
- They have The CTA buses refuse me
service - the buses will ride right past me, they will never show up at
the stop im waiting at, they will
refuse to let me off the bus, they will harass me while im on the bus or
train. The FBI has had bus stops
REMOVED in areas that I live near -removing the signs and having the bus
ride right past me. This is almost every time I attempt to take the bus. They have had security and police
physically remove me from buses that I paid to be on. They have complete control of the bus
ticket and card machines and recently keep telling me a brand new bus card
doesn’t work at the machines. They
are controlling them remotely. The FBI has complete illegal control of The
CTA. This has to be addressed
immediately. This constitutes
extreme civil rights violations against me. They will put 20-30 people on a bus to
crowd me that im on so that I cant ask random people to use their phone to
try to get. They put people on the bus to harass and threaten me, they
have bus drivers harassing me nonstop.

I've been kidnapped twice by The Chicago Police,
they have come to my apartment many times to harass threaten and intimidate
me. They have assaulted and attempted to
assault me (evidence included). The harassment
by The Chicago police amounts to
terrorism and torture. The last time they were at my apartment door
harassing me is 2/11/2025.

The FBI has complete control of every
Chicago public library that I visit
(right now The South shore library, Whitney Young, and Greater Grand). I can
not step one foot into the library without THE STAFF harassing me. They prevent me from using the computers,
from printing, hey put security in the libraries to harass me, follow me, and
try to put me out the library.
They are hacked into the computers at these
libraries and refusing me access to the internet. I can not access any public information on
the computers or email anyone or do anything.
As proof of this I am sending this complaint to you in writing because
they are preventing me from sending it online!! This amounts to me being held
against my will and kidnapped by The FBI.
It is aggravated kidnapping, with torture. It is extremely serious and urgent and I need
help immediately.
- They are illegally controlling The
USPS and have been stealing my mail for over 4 months straight -
preventing me from contacting anyone in anyway - again proving that I am
falsely imprisoned and kidnapped by The FBI. I am actively in extreme danger.
- The FBI has taken illegal control of
Cook county’s court system and when I try to file for a restraining order
they impersonated a judge and held court at 6:30pm --the court houses
closes at 4:30 pm. They are using
all of the local governments for extreme corruption. I am being prevented by them from
getting restraining orders that I need.
You need to contact the highest level of authority in Chicago regarding
this because this is a life or death emergency. The FBI has no right to take control of
the local court system.
- The FBI has taken control of the IL
secretary of state and preventing me from getting an ID or drivers
license. They have no right or legal
authority to do this.
- The FBI has impersonated The
Illinois Attorney General in person, by email, and sending me mail.
Refusing me help. They have done
the same with the Cook county states attorney, The OEIG, and the Chicago
OIG.
- In the attached evidence you see The
FBI impersonating state agencies – illegally. The second part of the attached evidence
on that page is part of the proof of this federal conspiracy. The FBI impersonated The Illinois
Lottery and sent me fraudulent FOIA data telling me my family members won
the lottery about 20 times in a row to try to make me think my family was
being paid by the Illinois government to commit crimes against me and that
the state government was responsible for this attack against me. This is explained more in detail in the
large evidence packet I’ve assembled. Only a federal government agency is
able to use government email addresses such as is being one in these
example, only The FBI is capable of these crimes.
This all supports the fact that I am held
against my will and kidnapped by The FBI and in active and extreme danger.
This is not a comprehensive list or
complaint of all that is being done to me by The FBI using these agencies, this
is simply to convey to you the active danger that I am in.
