[To be able to send mail or evidence to the states attorneys office and Inspector Generals I had to file a complaint with The USPS to stop The FBI from stealing the mail - but they were also stealing the complaints so for a long time I had no way to get the complaints to them. The FBI takes complete control of any entity to prevent me from reporting complaints or their crimes to them. I had to start going in the middle of the night to The USPS (when they were closed) and getting the complaints through the double doors somehow so The USPS could find it when they opened. This was the only way The FBI couldn't steal, block, or retract the complaints.]
My mail has been stolen (illegally intercepted) by The FBI for over four months straight and ongoing from 5645 S. Archer Chicago IL 60638 ! The USPS is allowing this crime and corruption, this is criminal on the part of The USPS now for allowing this! How long are you going to allow them to keep stealing the mail when you know this is illegal? Indefinitely? Please let me know, and the national media? Indefinitely?!

Complaint: Harassment and Intimidation by The USPS Security/ Employee (per the video evidence attached), Mail Fraud, Mail Theft of Outgoing and Incoming mail, Illegal interception of USPS for several months straight, using The USPS mailbox illegally to leave threats, Extreme Civil Rights violations by The USPS
This was all just sent to a Civil Rights attorney who may also be contacting you regarding this – they have a right to act on my behalf as well. I will be pursuing the results of this investigation and making it public.
This is urgent and life threatening matter involving The USPS being used and illegally controlled by The FBI for the purposes of committing crimes and extreme corruption. Please forward this immediately to The head of The USPS/ The US Postmaster General / The USPS Inspector General and any other USPS complaint departments as this involves extreme corruption by The FBI and overwhelming evidence of this is included in this complaint. In order to understand the magnitude of this situation and why The FBI is so desperate to prevent me from contacting anyone using The USPS I have included details and evidence of what this is all about. I have no other way to contact anyone other than The USPS because The FBI is hacked into my phone and preventing me from contacting anyone in any way, stalking/ following me to prevent using library computers to contact anyone, blocking all of my emails, preventing me from using public transportation, etc. I am actively held against my will by The FBI who are preventing all of my communications and you will see why in the attached evidence. I am in serious danger. This is extremely significant and urgent.
The FBI is using The USPS to abuse procedures that are
reserved to stop crimes but that they are using to commit crimes and the
most extreme civil rights violations.
Some of the most recent crimes being committed against me by them using
The USPS, specifically the location at 5645 S. Archer are:
- Having
The USPS workers (or agents pretending to be USPS employees) refuse to
sell me stamps. This is a severe
civil rights violation. Below is an excerpt regarding this sent to an
attorney. This will all be followed
up on and made public:
They are
preventing me from purchasing stamps from The US post office (at 5645 S. Archer) by having the USPS Clerk
tell me "the stamps are in the vault and I have to wait for a manager to
come in" -the stamps are about .60 cents - they're not gold bars, theres
no way anyone is keeping .60 cent stamps in vaults! How does The USPS not have stamps? This is so outrageous and constitute clear
civil rights violations. Due to this
however I had a family member order and send me stamps from The USPS 10 days
ago that still have not arrived. First
class mail takes 1-3 days; not over 10 days so this constitutes clear and
illegal mail theft . Please add this
immediately to the USPS investigation to be investigated. Twice I ordered stamps that never arrived.
They are trying to prevent me from sending mail by preventing me from obtaining
stamps in any way.
- Harassment
and Intimidation by The USPS Employees (Photos included behind this
document): Having The USPS workers/
security come outside when I'm dropping off mail in the blue USPS
collection box to approach and harass me (this took place on December 23,
2024 @ aprox 5:30 am).
When I go to
The USPS collection box to drop off mail there is no reason that The USPS
security or employee should be saying anything to me. Let alone approaching me
and harassing me. Do you realize how
insane and clearly intimidation this is?
I have this whole video recorded.
You can see as I'm approaching the mailbox, shes apparently waiting for
me, shes hanging out the door yelling at me as im approaching the box! I don’t
know this person! This situation with
the FBI is so dangerous and contentious for me that the reason im even going to
the mailbox so early is to AVOID being attacked, approached, or harassed by
anyone, yet here it is happening anyway.
Anyway, this is when I began recording her because as you will see in the evidence included The FBI also has The
Chicago Police stalking and harassing and threatening me nonstop due to this
case so I keep my phone ready to record for this reason. She begans yelling something at me as im
approaching the mailbox. WHY?! Then as I
look through my bag for the mail pieces to drop in the box (not doing anything illegal) she comes out
the door and approaches me and began calling someone on the phone! WHY?
Do you see how far she is from the mailbox to begin with? Why on
earth is she approaching me?! Theres no reason for her to even be there…
Except to harass and try to intimidate me. No one else is around. Its approximately 5:30 am --please explain to me why she is there? You have no right to say anything to me let
alone approach me. For the record I
never responded to her once. I'm filing
a massive complaint regarding all of this FYI.
Please contact whoever you need to to instruct The USPS employees /
or FBI impersonating them to not approach or say anything to me as this is
harassment and intimidation and I will be filing formal charges regarding all
of it ASAP.
- Illegal
mail interception by The FBI for over four months straight and
ongoing (see below)
- Mail
Fraud perpetrated by The FBI (see evidence below) using the mail that they
are stealing by intercepting my mail. They are stealing my mail and
responding to it impersonating the people and entities I try to
contact. This constitutes mail
fraud and proves that the ail is being stolen for illegal purposes -not
legal purposes. They are responding
both as the state agencies I try to report them to AND people im in
personal relationships with.
Evidence included but I will provide a ton of evidence regarding
this later. I am pursuing criminal charges regarding this. This requires an investigation for which
the results I will be seeking.
- Before
I began using the mailbox at this location
(5645 S. Archer) I was using the mailbox at 433 W. Harrison but The
FBI moved The blue USPS collection boxes (433 W. Harrison) across the
street from the post office so I couldn’t locate or use them. Those
mailboxes have been in the same location for the hundred years that the
post office was there so this should give you some clue on how big this
is. Those mailboxes were moved
because of me. As soon as I
attempted to use them and the evidence will prove that. The FBI has no right to control The
USPS to this degree and for criminal purposes. Something is extremely wrong here and it
needs to be addressed immediately!
- The
FBI has agents impersonating USPS employees whenever I use The post office
to steal my mail, to refuse me service, refuse to sell me stamps, and so
that any complaints I make will be made to the same entity committing the
crimes against me -The FBI! I attempted to file complaints there in person
but they were stolen by The FBI.
This in itself constitutes extreme crimes. The FBI has no right to control The USPS
to this degree!
- The
FBI is stealing my incoming mail (in general) and this is a federal crime
and needs to be investigated immediately.
They have no right to steal incoming mail. It takes over 10 days to receive one
piece of first class mail - if I receive it at all so they are both
holding it and stealing it. I am
filing criminal charges regarding this.
- Stolen incoming USPS mail (specifically at 2373 E 70th street apt. 209): The FBI is
stealing my incoming mail. See below that they have a key to the mailbox
and are definitely going in the mailbox.
This is illegal. Nothing is
being done about this. So far I’ve received no mail in my name (today is
1/30/2025). USPS can check to see if mail was sent to someone since photos
are taken of mail. If mail
was sent to me it has been / consistently stolen by The FBI who is
actively holding me against my will in this apartment building and
preventing me from communicating with anyone in anyway. The FBI stole my mail from the last
address I was at and they are stealing it again here. This has to be
addressed criminally – THESE ARE FEDERAL CRIMES. So is the mail fraud
below.
- The FBI is putting fake mail in my mailbox to harass
and threaten me, These all
constitute federal crimes. This
all needs to be immediately investigated.
You can not put fake mail into peoples mailboxes or threats, this
is illegal. The FBI is having this
done every single day.
They have a key to the mailbox and would clearly also be stealing
my incoming mail. These are federal crimes.
- Please send this to The USPS Postmaster that The FBI
has been illegally intercepting my mail going on years now! I am not under
investigation - I have never been arrested in my life. They are committing egregious crimes and
torture against me by preventing all of my communications -that’s why the
mail is being intercepted nonstop -which is illegal. What they're doing is illegal and
constitute long term and ongoing false imprisonment. The FBI is preventing me from
communicating with anyone in anyway to try to force me into a racist
scheme that they concocted for the media – which I refuse to do. They are
extremely corrupt, they are terrorists.
I am actively held against my will by them and if I do not get help
soon they will kill me, per he evidence attached. This has to stop! The USPS can not keep allowing this! The
USPS has to do something.
- On 1/21/2025 12pm: The USPS clerk at the Archer post office refused to sell me stamps again (additional ounce stamps) telling me they only had 7 stamps left. This is the second time This USPS is refusing to sell me stamps. This is illegal and constitute extreme civil rights violations. I have complained about this several times and you've done nothing.
This is all going to be investigated but they are stealing (illegally intercepting) mail sent to an attorney, state reporting agencies, The Cook County states attorney, The Office of Inspector General and The USPS Mail Fraud Department. How is this possible?! These are complaint agencies! Clearly this is them trying to prevent me from reporting their corruption, crimes against me and attempts on my life! I have been writing complaints to The USPS criminal complaints department that The FBI has been stealing - how is The FBI able to steal mail that I sent to The USPS Criminal Complaints department? This is insane! This alone tells you they are doing this to prevent their massive corruption and crimes from being exposed and no other reason. Why do you think The FBI would be desperate to intercept mail to The USPS Criminal Complaints and Mail Fraud department?! And how are they able to do so?! Following this is an enormous amount of evidence to prove to you why.
These are the details of the mail theft:
They began stealing my mail from the Blue USPS collection boxes at the following locations and post offices and dates: The Blue USPS collection Box in front of Jewels at 5326 S. Pulaski on September 16, 2024; From the Blue USPS collection box at the Post Office at 4922 S. Kedzie on October 23, 2024; From the Blue USPS collection boxes located at 433 W. Harrison on October 30. 2024; From the Blue USPS Collection boxes located at 5645 S. Archer on November 19, 2024 and may still be actively stealing my mail from here almost daily (I am unsure because they are also stealing my incoming mail). My mail has been stolen from these locations for 5 months straight now. and I will continue sending mail from 5645 S. Archer. Please contact The USPS Inspector General, The Department of justice and every possible relevant agency regarding this. They are using agents in this location to harass me and refuse to sale me stamps, etc. When I bought a set of .28 cent stamps they took my money and refused to give me my change (to try to get me to react so they could ban me from The USPS). I have filed several written complaints there that the agents (FBI agents Impersonating or instructing USPS agents) took and did nothing with. In addition the security or USPS came outside harassing me while attempting to send mail. This is all extremely illegal and constitute the most extreme violations. Again Per the attached evidence I am not being investigated by The FBI --I am a victim of extreme and ongoing torture by them for refusing to participate in a racist and corrupt set-up of theirs (that is explained in the following evidence).
Regarding the mail fraud: below is evidence of Mail fraud that couldn’t have been
committed by any other entity than by The FBI.
I attempted to write a letter to this person below. The FBI stole the outgoing mail to them and
then wrote me back impersonating them -constituting mail fraud! Also for them respond to what I wrote means
they never legally intercepted my mail for any criminal issue but for this
illegal purpose. This has to be The FBI
doing this because no other soul on earth knew I wrote this letter but them
-which they are illegally watching me for .
As proof that the letter was not sent by the person whos name it is as
you can see the sender of the mail is located in Cumberland, MD but the mail is
postmarked from Baltimore, MD which is several hours away from Cumberland. There is also no way that the person is
driving to Baltimore to send the mail since he is in fact detained at
Cumberland MD, per the letter itself and per public prison databases to confirm
this. I know for a fact this is The FBI
because they have a long history of impersonating every entity that I attempt
to contact – constituting mail fraud –which I have extensive evidence of and
will be submitting to you in a larger complaint. They are corrupt and illegally holding me
against my will and have forced me into solitary confinement preventing me from
communicating with anyone. This is
extremely serious and being sent to the national media. This needs to be investigated thoroughly by
The USPS and FYI I am making the results
of this and all investigations public -to combat corruption by The FBI and
possibly by The USPS also. This is the
duty of The USPS fraud division to investigate mail fraud. I will have my attorney follow up on this and
get the results on the investigation from you (in fact I am sending them a copy
of this). They have impersonated the person below and sent me mail many times
as well as every law enforcement agency I try to contact to get help from. FYI The FBI does not have the authority to
impersonate someone im trying to contact and send me mail pretending to be them.
The FBI is illegally intercepting my mail to respond to me as everyone I
contact to prevent me from contacting the real people and entities! This is
shockingly criminal! The return
