[this is evidence I began attempting to send when The FBI was holding me against my will at a fake hotel that they own and operated for the sole purpose of this conspiracy, but The FBI was stealing all my mail. This is where I was forced by The FBI to live until they forced me to move into the apartment. They forced me to move because I was getting close to exposing them and they were trying to set me up again. This document contains useful investigative information. Also they will claim I was homeless but The FBI made me homeless on purpose]
Regarding: Federal government conspiracy and The FBI forcing me to live in a shelter/ hotel
The following is very real, urgent,
and extremely serious. I am actively
held against my will by a federal government agency that is using force and
other illegal methods to try to coerce
me to participate in a racist media scheme.
They are currently forcing me to stay in a shelter (inside of a hotel;
both of which are covertly owned and operated by them). They forced me to be homeless as one of the
many methods that are using to coerce me to comply with this corrupt plot. I refuse to comply however and as a result I
am in extreme danger. The federal
government is far more corrupt then the general public has any clue about. The reason this is definitely The FBI is because they are the only entity with the
access and ability to do all of the following:
• They are hacked into my phone and
laptop and preventing /blocking any and all of my communications. Every new
phone I buy they immediately hack due to having access to the payment systems
at stores and have the phones registration numbers that way
• They are hacked into my email
blocking all of my communications (this can be verified through an
investigation)
• They are preventing me from working
or making money in any way in an attempt to force me under duress to comply
• They have the library computers
hacked that I go to so I cannot use those either
• They are stealing my USPS mail -
which only the federal government has the ability to do
• They are stalking me heavily
24/7. Up until recently they were using
a helicopter to follow me 24/7, also
they are stalking me with people on foot, and using The Chicago Police to stalk
me
• They have stores and business
constantly refuse me service
• They are preventing me from using any
social media, posting to twitter, using dating sites, posting to message
boards, uploading to youtube - They are
blocking me from communicating with any one in any way
• They are preventing me from making
complaints at various state agencies and Inspector Generals and States
Attorneys office downtown by having the security in the buildings refuse me
access to the agencies - to offices open to the public - they are misusing
government power
• They are threatening me, threatening
my life constantly, attempting to blackmail me, Have had me attacked many
times, paying my family to harass me, has sent the police to my home so many
times and at one point they sent them every day - harassing and threatening
me
• They would call me 15-20 times in a
row claiming to be the police. I turned
the phones ringer off and they would turn it back on -They are controlling the
phone remotely
• When my family sends me money through
western union they have the western union stores refuse me service - every one
of them
• They control the CTA or public
transportation and have had buses refuse me service (refuse to stop the bus for
me and several times)
• I have an EBT card which they will
regularly cancel. Because they stop me
from using money transfer sites or western union, I have gone long periods of
time with no food at all
• I attempted numerous times to report
to The FBI that my phone and email are hacked and that I am in significant
danger and being harassed and threatened but they refuse to let me speak to an
FBI agent every time on the basis of it being "due to Covid". Covid
was five years ago – that they refuse to allow me to report this proves it is
because it is them committing these crimes and entire conspiracy
• I attempted to file restraining
orders against people they paid to harass me constantly and they had courthouse
employees send me to the wrong courthouse, made me wait three days then called
me in to court at 6:30 pm. The
courthouse closes at 4:30 pm. The judges
name was not on the roaster of the courthouse judges, she claimed she was
"filling in for someone". The
FBI had someone impersonate a judge after the courthouse closed and all the
real judges went home. I immediately knew this was fraud when they called me in
for court at 6:30 pm and only went through with it to get the paperwork to have
tangible evidence of the corruption. I
provided 50 pages of evidence of threats against me, threats left in front of my
door, threats sent and texted to me, blackmail sent to my phone, evidence of
stalking and harassment, the 15-20 calls in a row, etc. and the fake judge of
course refused.
• Every time I attempted to file police
reports The FBI instructed the police not to take the reports, having me sit in
the police station all day and simply refuse to take the reports. Or telling me
"the report is just going to be closed and not investigated". The federal government is the only agency
with the ability to do all of this.
• The police stations have pay phones,
I attempted to use those but they anticipated this and disconnected or put them
"out of service" every time I attempted. They are stalking, watching,
and following me 24/7.
This federal agency forced me to become homeless and are forcing me to stay at this shelter. Both the shelter and the hotel (both located at 5300 S. Pulaski) are fake and owned and operated by the federal government that’s trying to force me to act against my will politically. For one, the shelter opened at the exact time that they forced me to become homeless. Secondly, why would a shelter use a hotel to house people? Clearly this makes no sense. Shelters operate on a cost efficient budget. The people who claim to live in this shelter have all been here long tern - 9 months or longer. So the shelter is claiming to pay the hotel a daily or weekly rate for each person for about 9 months or longer. That’s far more per guest than a years rent for a luxurious apartment. Who would fund such a wasteful budget for a shelter? Where are they getting their funding from for this? Also it’s the rules of the shelter that you have to leave your hotel room door unlocked - you cannot have a key to your room. This policy exist so they can have constant access to the room. They have stolen evidence and paperwork that I have, broke a phone that I have enormous video of the police harassing and threatening me constantly in, stolen bus cards that my family gave me or anything I have that could help me or prove their corruption. They would also have access to put things in the room as well. Since I began writing these complaints they are desperate to destroy my laptop. When I was in the shower they came into my room and put a half open bottle of Purell in the bottom of my bag so that when I put the laptop in it and began walking around the bottle would open and destroy the laptop. But I saw the bottle and foiled the plan. To combat this tampering with my belongings and trying to destroy my laptop I began putting a bottle of Tylenol on the rooms door handle when I use the shower as an alarm system, so that if the door handle turns I will hear the bottle loudly hit the floor and be able to subvert the theft or tampering with my belongings. They remotely control the laptop and I can barely do anything on it anyway. The people who claim to be homeless and live here are government employees and are used to relay instructions to me - that I never follow because I will never comply with any of this. Also the employees are largely used to harass me. They leave for days or weeks at a time so theres some on/off schedule proving that they're definitely employees. On the night that I filed the complaint against the FBI to the US Senators office they had someone stand against my room door all night threatening me, cursing me out, calling me everything you could think, he told me over and over I would be dead soon. This went on for several nights. I know that they are all working together so I told the shelter just because I was curious to see how they would respond and they said "You just have to ignore him" then I responded that I would instead file a police report because harassment is illegal and hes threatening my life and they told me I would be kicked out on the streets if I did. This is interesting because why would the shelter have such an interest in preventing me from reporting this allegedly random person that’s threatening my life and harassing me so severely? -- Unless they are all working for the same entity of course.
This plot and attack against me is so
beyond elaborate. This all began by the
federal government impersonating a company, hiring me, then purposely
committing blatant and severe violations against me to force me to file a complaint
against the company all so that they launch
this attack against me and mislead me into thinking it was the company
attacking me and not the Federal government.
This is when all the harassment, stalking, canceling my debit and credit
cards, hacking me email, blocking my communications making me homeless etc all
happened. They then impersonated several
state agencies who I tried to file the complaints with and conducted fake civil
rights investigations as these agencies and also impersonated The EEOC. Every
time I tried to contact an attorney they prevented me from doing so. Then they bribed and used other methods to
enlist the help of my family members in this attack against me. Attached is evidence that an entity sent me
(only The FBI is capable of) me
fraudulent documents to purposely mislead me about who is committing all this
harassment and violence against me.
When I filed the complaint against the company and this attack against
me first began my family also began heavily harassing me out of nowhere. They tried to make me think the company that
I filed the complaint against paid my family to harass me and paid the state
government to not investigate or pursue the charges against them- when The FBI
was impersonating both the entire time!
I cut off contact with my family but then they kept texting and calling
me telling me over and over that they won the lottery and how they keep winning
the lottery. Belinda Mckinley
especially. They did this knowing I
would do a Freedom of information Act request for the information, since I do
this often. When I did an entity
impersonating The Illinois Lottery sent me the attached documents saying
Belinda Mckinley won the lottery 16 times
and several times she even won twice in one day! This was done to try to mislead me to believe
the company had paid the state government and the company was responsible for
all these crimes against me and to try to make me go around telling everyone
the lottery is fake to sound crazy so that no one would believe me by the time
I actualized realized what was happening and that the FBI was behind all of
this. At the time I could not understand
what this was all about or why this company was attacking me so severely, none
of it made sense. I simply tried to
address the severe harassment and threats but was unable to in any way. But as it turned out The federal government
impersonated all of these entities - and they are the only ones with the
ability to do so by the way. Attached is
direct evidence of this and the fraud they sent me. You can see that someone is using legitimate
government email addresses - only the Federal government can do this. They have done this a shocking amount of
times, and they are the only ones with this kind of access and motive. This is evidence of also and confirms federal
conspiracy. Belinda Mckinley works for
an organization that is also owned by the same "people" who own this
fake shelter -so the federal government.
Incidentally she was promoted as a director there, the organization is
called " A Safe Haven" for your investigation. My family members have severely harassed and
committed the most shocking crimes against me due to being bribed by the
federal government -especially Belinda Mckinley. Incidentally, they (my family) all suddenly
have brand new apartments, cars and houses -some with no jobs and who have
never had a single job in their lives or cars or apartments for
themselves. This can all be
verified. I will be providing all of
this information in specific detail.
Some were also given federal jobs.
For your information, if the evidence attached to this is doctored or
made up by myself then I would be subject to prosecution for fraud since this
is being sent to US Senators. I have no
history of fraud or any crimes.
Their plan was that I was never supposed to be able to contact anyone to report any of this to and they were confident that I never would be able to, in which case they would've likely just killed me for refusing to comply with this nefarious political agenda. The only way I was finally able to send mail is by using a lot of trial and error, having a lot of my mail illegally stolen by them, filing several complaints with The USPS -every post office and distribution center, traveling to different locations to use the mailboxes, and using their feedback which actually helped me a lot. In every case that I sent mail for example they desperately tried to get me to hand the mail to the USPS worker as opposed to dropping it in the blue USPS collection box. This tells me that it at least presents some difficulty for them to obtain the mail from the blue collection box as opposed to handing it directly to the USPS employee in which case they appear to just be stealing. This one thing gave me all the hope in the world. I attempted to drop mail off at several different local collection boxes -which they consistently stole all of. So I had to go through a lot to procure several buscards for myself, and I decided to travel directly to the downtown distribution center (433 W. Harrison) to "cut out the middle man" or whoever picks up the mail from the boxes -significantly lessening the chances of the illegal theft altogether. This along with several complaints filed at the downtown USPS distribution center for mail theft appeared to work. However once I started going downtown to the USPS distribution center using those mailboxes they immediately removed the two mailboxes from in front of the post office! This is how desperate they are to prevent my communications and these complaints getting out to the media. Those mailboxes have been in front of the post office since they opened. You may contact The USPS distribution at 433 W. Harrison to confirm this. They moved the mailboxes across the street and then had a large obstruction in front of them so I could not see them from the post office. I was forced to go inside and ask the security guard where the blue collection boxes were -she refused to answer me only trying to convince me to give the mail directly to a USPS worker. I had to search for the mailboxes because they refused to tell me the boxes were moved across the street. Now I have to scramble to get this information and evidence out before they do something else with the mailboxes or figure something else out.
Update 12/9/2024:
None of my mail went through at 433 W. Harrison. If you are receiving this it is because I
began leaving it at various churches and civil rights organizations and someone
was kind enough to forward it to you. It
is imperative to have the stolen USPS mail investigated immediately. Here are
the details: They began stealing my mail from the Blue USPS collection boxes at
the following locations and post offices and dates: in front of Jewels at 5326 S. Pulaski on
September 16, 2024; From the Blue USPS collection box at the Post Office at
4922 S. Kedzie on October 23, 2024; From
the Blue USPS collection boxes located at 433 W. Harrison on October 30. 2024;
From the Blue USPS Collection boxes located at 5645 S. Archer on November 19,
2024 and are actively stealing my mail from here almost daily. My mail has been stolen from these locations
for 3 months straight now and they are still stealing it, so this can actively
be investigated, and I will continue sending mail from 5645 S. Archer. Please contact The USPS Inspector General,
The Department of justice and every possible relevant agency regarding
this, federal prosecutors, and the
media.
